its cheap, but I recommend to stay away anyway, its very run down and not really been taken care of.

rather cheap, and a somewhat nice look out the windows. had many windows actually and could be something if taken care of properly and if some badly needed rennovations would be done. laundry directly ajacent.

a lot. very messy lobby, mostly a construction site, the room is poorly furnished, with damaged tiles with sharp pieces laying around. very very run down bed, loud, old and poorly installed aircon. in general I recommend to stay elsewhere.

Not being able to choose a room of choice, rooms all different fit out and quality, I was put in a room with concrete floor, was cold on the feet, bed wasn't long enough, feet hung over the end, but highly recommend.

Very beautiful view sa balcony. I enjoyed staying sa balcony every time to watch the busy streets of cebu city.

The owner do not answer calls. I called like 2 times to ask about the heater and about the internet connection since we cannot maximize and use the television, the phone is ringing but they do not answer. The internet is so slow or I do not know why hindi gumagana ng maayos yung TV, I tries to ask them by calling them, but again, they do not answer. I also ask if its possible to extend my stay, but they are not that responsive in answering queries. The parking is not free na supposedly sana we can have at least discount since we stayed naman there for more than 2 days.

Very good

the place was right in the middle of Cebu with a lot of establishments nearby. Convenience stores, shops, restaurants were very accesible from the property. I also appreciated that the property's upkeep was being managed well.

I did not like the the washing machine that was unusable. The shower head needs replacing as it only has a few of its holes working even though the water pressure was adequate. More kitchenware would help in the future for guests to use.

Great place to stay in!

The place was very comfortable to stay in. Kitchen was well equipped, bathroom had a heater which made bathing better. Internet connection was 90% stable. View and location was amazing

The electric stovetop took too long to heat up and couldn't reach high temperatures making cooking a bit slow and a hassle. Lack of hand towels in the kitchen. Bathroom door seemed to be broken.

It was a nice 5 day stay. It felt like home.Love the night view.

I like the view at night. The room is cozy.

The double lock of the door wasn't secured. The toilet floor is flooding.

The unit is nice and complete with kitchenete and wifi. But initially the cable was not working but it was fixed the nex

Accessible to the city, and it has kitchenette.

The toilet has leaking and its always wet, had raise concern to the host but no action till we check-out. They only have 1 lift considering that they have total 33 floors. total only 2 lift but is under maintenance. i guess management should expedite in fixing the other lift.

I love how they let us do the early check in since we were really really tired from the airport, the owner is kind and very helpful.

The bathroom is bad, there's no bidet. No door lock, barado ang sa may shower banda, no water sa sink faucet and no timba or balde we can use for pooping since there is no bidet huhuhu
